Floyd Little
Following Ernie Davis days at Syracuse came the next star athlete Floyd Little. Floyd was born July 4, 1942 in New Haven Connecticut. He decided to attend Syracuse and follow in the footsteps of Jim Brown and Ernie Davis. After his college career he was drafted in the first round to play for the Denver Broncos. Floyd was known as "The Franchise" while playing in the NFL for 9 years from 1967-1975. Today he is retired and his efforts just recently led him into the NFL Hall Of Fame, where he too will never be forgotten. Some interesting facts about Floyd include:
